Butterfly Shadow Box Card

By | 28 September 2015

Over the past week or so I have had my September monthly class.  I offer this class on a Tuesday evening, Sunday afternoon and Friday morning to hopefully provide a time that works for  you.   At this class I  taught two technique cards.  Today I will share the first one with you.  It is a butterfly shadow box card that was taught to me by my upline, Julia Leece.  She was inspired by Brenda Quintana.

Watercolour Wings Butterfly Shadow Box Card

This card features the Watercolor Wings stamp set, Bold Butterfly Dies, Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and Fluttering Texture Embossing Folder.

This card can lie flat for easy posting, but then when it stands up, it has some dimension to it which makes it more interesting.

I used Crumb Cake and Mint Macaron cardstock and only one ink pad – Mint Macaron.  Mint Macaron is becoming one of my favourite colours.
