Christmas Pines is a wonderful stamp set for us down here in New Zealand. We often see pine trees and pinecones around so here is a set that fits out location. Check out this simple but elegant card. It involves some stamping and die cutting.
To achieve the two toned leaves, I have stamped in Emerald Envy, but also stamped off so you get the difference in colour. The pine cones have been stamped and cut out with the coordinating Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies, along with the Cherry Cobbler bow. All this adds to the card.
The colours I have used are Emerald Envy, Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake.
You could come up with lots of different variations with this stamp set or mass produce a card like the one above for your Christmas card this year.
This stamp set is from the Holiday Catalogue, full of wonderful seasonal stamp sets and products. There are other products that coordinate with this set too, the Presents & Pinecones Designer Series Paper, The Presents & Pinecones Cardstock Pack, the Pine Bough Textured Embossing Folder, Presents & Pinecones Designer Washi Tape and some Mini Pinecones embellishments. Check out page 18-20 of the Holiday Catalogue.
