Tri-Fold Shutter Card:
The In Good Taste Tri-Fold Shutter Card was the project that Kathryn Tyrrell and I taught at the Auckland Extravaganza on Saturday 4th July. It was great to be able to hold this event after that last one didn’t happen normally due to Covid-19.
Extravaganza is an event where our customers come together for several hours and make five projects using Stampin’ Up! product. This time they made five cards and learned how to make new unique fold cards and/or techniques. We used new product from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue.
The Tasteful Touches stamp set was one of the first stamp sets from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue that appealed to me. This is what we used on our Tri-fold Shutter Card. We also used other products that were part of the In Good Taste suite.
The Pretty Pink cardstock on the card has been textured embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.
The wood grain paper is from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper pack. This has 24 sheets, so it is larger than most DSP packs. It has 12 different designs. The die cut shape on the middle front panel was cut with the Tasteful Labels dies which coordinates with the Tasteful Touches stamp set.
We white heat embossed the branches and the pattern onto the light wood grain pieces.
Lastly we added some embellishments. This included three different types of ribbon and the In Good Taste wooden elements.
Here is a view looking down on the card.
