Here is a Simple Card Sketch Layout that you can use to make a simple yet effective card. You can keep it simple or step it up.
The card on the left is the simple version. It is basically ink, stamp and papers, but it does include some colouring with Stampin’ Blends.
The card on the right is stepped up. It has a dry embossed background. I used the Painted Textures embossing folder for this. The image has been stamped, coloured and then cut out with the Stylish Spaces circle die. Lastly I have added some Iridescent Rhinestone embellishments.
Here are the main supply items that were used for this card, excluding the Hippest Hippo stamp set and Wonderful World DSP which are no longer available. You can easily recreate this card with a stamp set that you have. It could be just a stamped image or one that you can colour like this. You can also use up some of your scraps of DSP.
