Today, I’m excited to share a simple fun fold card that I demonstrated in my recent live session. During the live, I used the beautiful Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper, which features the vibrant 2024-2026 In Colors, to create this delightful card.
I die-cut one of the larger circles from the Spotlight on Nature die set and stamped it with the leaf. I then added a watercoloured Paper Butterfly Accent, which brings a touch of elegance to the card.
Here’s how you can make this card:
Measurements:
- Card Base: 14.85 cm x 21 cm, scored at 3 cm and 10.5 cm
- Patterned Paper/Designer Series Paper: Two pieces of 2.5 cm x 14.3 cm and two pieces of 7 cm x 14.3 cm
- Basic White Cardstock: 7 cm x 14.3 cm and a scrap for the die-cut
I coloured the paper butterfly accent by wetting it with a water painter and then applying ink from the inside lid of my ink pad. After allowing it to dry, I added a touch of Wink of Stella for some added sparkle.
