These Amazing Silhouettes Note Cards were what I taught at my Coffee & Cards class back in January. I love using this stamp set and I have found it so versatile.
The tree image was stamped in either Soft Succulent, Soft Suede or Calypso Coral ink slightly to the left on the Basic White card front. Those at the class had a choice to stamp the sentiment straight on the card front, like the Calypso Coral Note Card (shown above), or onto a scrap strip of Basic White Cardstock, and then cut a banner shape at one end. If they stamped it on a banner piece, it was adhered with Dimensionals.
The cards had a piece of Baker’s Twine wrapped around the front and then three Brass Brushed Butterflies were added. These butterflies were very popular and well liked by the ladies.
Here are the supplies I used to make these cards.
If you would like to see another card made with this same stamp set, you can check it out here.
If you live locally and would like to attend Coffee & Cards, please contact me. They are held on the first Tuesday of the month at Vero Café in Unsworth Heights, Auckland. You get to make two wonderful cards, like the one above that I shared with you, and you get a hot drink. For more information, check them out here.
I hope you enjoyed the Amazing Silhouettes Note Cards and perhaps you will join us at a future Coffee & Cards.
