The Merry Music Wine Sleeve, or bottle holder, was the second project at the Auckland Christmas Extravaganza. This is a lovely way to gift wrap a wine bottle or another type of bottle, to give to someone. It looks quite elegant.
The Cherry Cobbler cardstock works well with the white on black Merry Music DSP. The DSP pack has both black on white and white on black DSP, so either would work on these bottle sleeves.
The Cherry Cobbler cardstock has been scored and then to round the ends of the cardstock up by the neck of the bottle, the Gift Bag Punch Board has been used. Some holes have been added and then the ribbon has been weaved through. I’m not sure if you can see in the photo, but the black ribbon has a slight shimmer to it too which adds to it.
The label on the front has been stamped with the Good Tidings stamp set. The holly is stamped with two-step stamping. Some Rhinestone Basic Jewels have been added to give it some sparkle too!

The project my team and I taught was the pine cones triple panel card. Did you get to see that yesterday? You can see that here. Come back over the next few days and I will share some more of the Extravaganza projects with you.
We will hold this event again in March 2018. If you are interested in coming along then, please email me and let me know. Better still, sign up to my mailing list and be kept up to date with all events, as we as receive inspiration, tips and free tutorials.
