Here are another couple of cards I made using the Emboss Resist Technique. It uses the same stamp set that I used on Thursday when I shared how to do this technique. I also used this technique on yesterday’s Note Cards. The flower is from the Garden of Bloom Stamp Set.
Here is a close up of the emboss resist. Can you see the Wink of Stella too – a sparkle on the flower petals?
Here is a card with the flowers sponged in Blushing Bride ink and Daffodil Delight ink sponged around the edges. It is then matted onto a Daffodil Delight card base. The butterfly is from the Bold Butterfly Thinlits Dies. I have also added a Wink of Stella to this too.
For the inside of the card I used the Party Pop-Up Thinlits Dies. If you have a die cutting machine like a Big Shot, this is a quick and easy way to make the inside of your card look impressive and stunning. The butterfly stamp is from Butterfly Basics Stamp Set which is available in wood, clear mount and photopolymer.
Here is a similar card, although this time the flowers are sponged in Daffodil Delight and the background in Blushing Bride. The card base is also Blushing Bride.
