Colourful Rainbow Card with Irresistibly Yours Speciality Paper

Today’s cards are nice and bright rainbow cards featuring the Irresistibly Yours Speciality Paper, which is this week’s featured product.

I sponged the background, but you could also use daubers.  I have used two different sheets of paper from the Irresistibly Yours Speciality Paper pack – scallops and stars.  To create the colourful “Celebrate” sentiment on the balloon, I coloured the stamp with Stampin’ markers, so I could colour each letter a different colour.  These cards were cased from creations I had seen created by Laura Borchert and Carol Dunstan.
