The Stampin’ Write Marker Pens come in the full range of Stampin’ Up! colours – Brights, Regals, Subtles, Neutrals and the two sets of In Colors. I love my ink pads, but sometime using a Stampin’ Write Marker Pen in some situations is better.
Today’s tip shows you how you can colour your stamps with the Stampin’ Write Marker Pens. One of the great benefit of this is you can use multiple colours on the one stamp. Check out these pictures!
Check out this video showing you how to use several colours on one stamp!
When storing your Stampin’ Write Marker Pens, store them horizontally. That way it doesn’t matter if you need to use the thick tip or the thin tip. If you store them vertically, all the ink goes to that end. If you store it with the thick tip pointing downwards and then you try and use the thin tip, it won’t work very well as all the ink is at the other end of the pen!
And another quick tip for using your Stampin’ Up! Marker Pens is, if you stamp something, but it hasn’t quite stamped properly, you can carefully touch it up with a marker pen in the same colour. More often than not, you can’t tell it has been touched up!
Here is the range of Stampin’ Up! Markers available. The Basic Black marker pen can be purchased individually. The rest can be purchased in their colour group, or purchase the four main colour groups together and save, as well as a case to keep them in.
