Here is a delightful card featuring the Bee Mine suite. The card has a simple, yet fun design. I have used the Bee My Valentine stamp set, the Bee Builder punch and the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper [DSP].
I have created two very similar cards, but the card bases are different. The one on the left has a Petal Pink card base and the bee wings are that colour also. The card on the right has a Pool Party card base and the same colour for the wings. Which colour is your favourite for this card?
Here is a close up of one of the cards. This one has a Pool Party card base and the background piece is a piece of the DSP in Sweet Sorbet.
For the main feature of the card, I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock with one of the Scalloped Contours dies and stamped on the piece for the main focal piece for the card. The bee is stamped and then cut out with the Bee Builder punch. The wings and antennas are also stamped and punched out. They are heart shaped so if you ever need a heart shape, you can use this punch.
The sentiment is from the Go to Greetings stamp set. I like this set as it has the most popular range of sentiments that one would need and they are in several sizes. The “Thank You” is this card is a medium sized sentiment.
Here are the supplies.
