Today I am going to share with you how to make a quick and simple Easter Basket. It is cute, easy to make, and perfect for putting some small Easter eggs into.
To make this Easter Basket you need some cardstock, a trimmer and a stapler. If you wish, you can stamp or dry emboss the cardstock, but this is optional. You also need something to decorate the front and back with.
Below is the Easter Basket with stamped flowers from the Colour & Contours stamp set. To decorate the basket, I punched out a daisy flower using the Medium Daisy punch from the Orchid Oasis cardstock.
Below is the Easter Basket with dry embossed cardstock. I used the Stripes 3D embossing folder. I have also used the Hello Ladybug stamp set and coordinating punch to make a ladybug to decorate the basket.
The piece of cardstock I used was 6″ x 6″. I scored at 2″ and 4″. I then turned it 90 degrees and scored again at 2″ and 4″. Watch the video to see where to cut and how to put the basket together.
You can see the supplies I used here.
