The Star of Light stamp set and dies are from the new Holiday Catalogue and are a stunning and elegant set to use on your Christmas cards. This is one of my favourite bundle sets. You can check out my other favourite bundles from the catalogue here.
Here is a stepped up version of the card. I just added a few small stars, cut out with small star dies in the set. They were cut from the small left over pieces of the Gold Foil Sheets.
One thing I did learn when making this card is that is it much easier to cut out the large intricate star with the Precision Plate. Without it, it is very hard to get the star out of the die, even with the Big Shot Die Brush. The Precision Plate really helps with the more intricate dies and works so well with the Big Shot! If you don’t have a Big Shot, this is one of the many great reasons to get one.
