This masculine flip flap card features the Game On stamp set. This was a card I created last year for my son for his 16th birthday. His birthday was in September, but I realised I hadn’t shared it with you yet!
Masculine cards are often hard to make. The fun fold card makes for an interesting card and it a works well with the images from the Game On stamp set. My son enjoys playing board games, cards and chess, so this set was a great one to use!
The front of the card has the flip flap part on it. When you pull on the Soft Suede scalloped tag on the right side, the flap opens and you can see the stamped chess image inside.
Inside of the card I have stamped another image from the Game On stamp set, some playing cards.
The numbers on the front have been cut from the Large Number dies which is a retired die set. I do find the dies useful for milestone occasions or significant birthdays! I have adhered the numbers with Dimensionals.
The Playful Alphabet dies are a current die set which includes both letters and numbers. They are smaller than the “16” on this card, but they could be used in a similar way.
The main colours that feature on this card are Night of Navy, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla. The striped Designer Series Paper on the front of this card works well for this masculine card. This paper has also retired.
Here is the Game On stamp set. It is great for someone who enjoys playing chess, cards or other board games.
