In the past my Loyalty Programme has run for a year and this is based on the financial year, e.g. from 1st April 2016 until 31st March 2017. This would mean that all your points since 1st April 2016 will expire at the end of this month if you don’t redeem them this month. However, for those of you who have made your first purchase towards the end of this period, it doesn’t give you much time to earn enough points to redeem anything.
So I have decided to make a change, which is in your favour. All orders will be valid for one year after the date of your first purchase through me. For example, if you made a purchase on 15th December 2016, any other orders after this can be included and will be valid until 14th December 2017. The 15th December of each year would become the start of your 12 month period. If you have become a customer after 1st April 2016, I have a record of your first purchase and this will be your start date.
Please find attached the new version of the Loyalty Programme sheet. For those of you who have made your first purchase after 1st April 2016, you can start to use this one.
For those of you who have been with me on or before 1st April 2016, your start date will remain as 1st April each year, so you may like to check your records and see if you are eligible to redeem your points by the end of March 2017.

Whilst I keep records of your purchases, please remember it is your responsibility to keep a record yourself of your purchases and to know when to redeem your Loyalty Points. When you have earned enough to redeem your points, please give me your Loyalty Programme sheet. I will check it against my records and you can then redeem your points!
