Here is the card I made for my son’s 11th birthday. He enjoys playing Playstation so I made him a PS3 controller shaped card.
To make the card, I traced around a template I found online and I cut it out. I then used a couple of circle punches to make for some of the parts and I cut the rest of the shapes by hand. I used Dimensionals to add the layers to the card.
The challenge was how to make coloured buttons on the right, as drawing pink, green, orange or white onto black card wouldn’t show. In the end what I did was, cut a coloured piece of cardstock the right size and shape, so a small triangle cut from a green piece of card and then I coloured in the middle with a black Stampin’ Up! maker.
Jonathan was very impressed with his card. I was pleased he liked it.
Have a great weekend.
