Two-step stamping with Daisy Delight! The Daisy Delight Stamp Set is from the Delightful Daisy Suite and this is a great stamp set for the two-step stamping technique This is one of the wonderful new suites that will be in the 2017-2018 Annual Catalogue on Thursday 1st June. I had the honour of presenting the Delightful Daisy Suite to a large group of Demonstrators at our OnStage event in Auckland last month. The Delightful Daisy Suite features a stamp set, Designer Series Paper, cardstock pack, a punch, gems, and ribbon. Here are some of my creations that I shared with them at the event.
Most of these creations are stamped with the two-step stamping technique. The Daisy Delight Stamp Set is photopolymer so it makes lining up the stamps so easy. The stamps are clear and you can see exactly where you are placing them. I first stamped the outline of the flower. The flowers above are stamped in Daffodil Delight or Calypso Coral ink. To colour in the flower, I stamped off in the same colour onto a scrap piece of paper. This is so the colour wouldn’t be quite so dark. I lined it up over the flower outline and stamped it. I then stamped the stems and leaves in Old Olive ink. Because the stamp set is photopolymer you can place the stems and leaves exactly where you want it to go.
You will also notice that some of the cards and projects feature some lovely Designer Series Paper. This is the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper. The colours featured in this paper include Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Night of Navy, Old Olive, Pool Party, Tranquil Tide and Whisper White. Tranquil Tide is one of the new In Colors for 2017-2019!
These creations don’t even feature the amazing Daisy Punch that coordinates with their stamp set. Come back tomorrow and see some more creations and this time feature the punch too!
