These pretty snowflake cards are made using the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks. The masks are like stencils and are easy to use. Although it isn’t winter here in New Zealand for Christmas, I still like to make a few cards with snowflakes.
For the snowflakes on the top card, I used Boho Blue ink. For the second card, I used Starry Sky ink. For that second card, it looks like some snowflakes are different colours, but it was all done with just one ink pad. Some snowflakes were gently sponged with a Blending Brush and for others I have used more ink and pressed more firmly through the mask.
Both cards have the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Stars at Night stamp set. I have it cut it out with the Lastly Label punch. I also cut out some extra shapes from a scrap piece of Starry Sky cardstock using the same punch. For the top card, I just cut the punched out shape across it and adhered it so it showed at the top and bottom. For the second card, I punched out two shapes and cut one in half across and the other downwards. That way, I could have it at the top and bottom and the side edges too.
For the first card, I added some White Iridescent Ribbon behind the sentiment and for the other card I used the Starry Sky Metallic Ribbon. To finish off both cards, I added some Iridescent Rhinestones to them as well. Some extra sparkle just finishes them off.
Here are the supplies I used.

I have also made cards using the flower masks and the leaf background mask, so feel free to check them out too.
Why not give these Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks a go and make some snowflake cards too?
