Here are three different star Christmas cards featuring the the So Many Stars stamp set and Stitched Stars dies. The stamp set and dies are so versatile and you can come up with all sorts of variations.
Card One: Copper Swirl Joy Christmas Card
The card above is cased from Melanie Coverston. I have changed it a little, but I was inspired by her creation. I love the shiny copper that is part of the Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper [DSP]. This paper will be returning in Holiday catalogue in 2020! I am excited about that as I love this paper!
The swirling star design featured on the card is cut out from a Copper Foil Sheet.
Card Two: Copper Stars
On this card I have cut out some stars from a Copper Foil Sheet using some of the smaller stars from the Stitched Stars die set. The card has a Night of Navy base. The background piece is a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock embossed with the Subtles embossing folder. The Seasons Greeting sentiment is embossed with Copper Emboss Powder.
Card Three: Wrapper in Plaid, Stitched Shaped Stars Card:
This second card features layers of the Stitched Stars dies. I love the way the stitching on the star shape really defines the star. I have also used the Wrapped in Plaid DSP on this card. As the Wrapped in Plaid DSP features gold, rather than copper, I have heated embossed the Season’s Greeting sentiment in gold.
Here is the inside of the card.
I hope you are inspired by these three Christmas cards. If you really like the So Many Stars stamp set, you would be best to purchase it soon as it will be retiring. It is only available while stocks last or until Thursday 2nd January 2020, which ever comes first. The Stitched Stars dies will be carrying on and feature in the new Mini catalogue that is coming on Friday 3rd January.
