Auckland November Christmas Extravaganza 2019 – Part Two

By | 25 November 2019

Here are two more cards from the November Christmas Extravaganza 2019.

Christmas Gleaming Card

This card looks quite stunning. It features three colours, Merry Merlot, Very Vanilla, and Basic Black. The ornaments have been heat embossed with the Shimmer Black emboss powder and then coloured with some Merry Merlot ink. The coordinating punch makes cutting out the ornaments quick and easy. The holly and sentiment have been fussy cut out.

Two embossing folders have been used to created the textured backgrounds. They are the Subtle 3D embossing folder and the Scripty 3D embossing folder.

The black 5/8” Glittered Organdy Ribbon and black pearls finish off the card. The black pearls are actually metallic pearls that have been coloured with a Basic Black Stampin’ Blend. They were coloured in before they were adhered to the card.

Cup of Christmas Hot Chocolate Treat Holder

The Hot Chocolate Treat Holder features the Cup of Christmas stamp set and the Cup of Cheers dies. The great thing about this stamp set is the cup stamp is reversible, so you can have the handle on which ever side you choose. To learn more about reserve stamping, click here.

The Winter Knit Embossing Folder also creates a great background for this treat holder.

The colours used on this card are Crumb Cake, Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Call Me Clover, Whisper White, and Gold Glimmer paper.

The ribbon used to create the pull up part of the treat holder was the Real Red Curly Ribbon from the Holiday Catalogue.
