Here is my third card using the Big Day stamp set, which is this week’s featured stamp set. Sorry that today’s post is rather late in the day. You can also check out some other creations I made this week using this stamp set. Check out Monday’s creation here, and Tuesday’s here.
For today’s card I have stamped the image on the front with Craft White Ink onto Chalkboard paper.
As well as the Big Day stamp set being a Sale-A-Bration product, I have also used some others in this card. The background features the Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper which I love using. This is like an emboss resist cardstock with the embossing already done for me. I chose an ink colour that I wanted to use to coordinate with this card, in this case Coastal Cabana, and sponged it onto the cardstock. With the Irresistibly Your Specialty Paper you can choose any colour that you like to coordinate with your project as long as you have the ink pad in that colour.
I have also used some of the Best Year Ever Accessory Kit, another Sale-A-Bration product, to add some embellishment to the main feature of my card. I used some Coastal Cabana ribbon and a button.
