Christmas Gleaming Reverse Opening Front Flap Card

By | 21 October 2020

The Reverse Opening Front Flap Card is a fairly easy fancy fold card to make, but it looks impressive! It features the Christmas Gleaming Bundle – stamps, punches and paper. This suite was so popular last year that it has returned. It is one of my favourites from the Christmas products available in the current catalogue, along with the Poinsettia Place Suite which featured in yesterday’s card.

The photo below shows you how the card opens.

The colours used on the card are Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Very Vanilla, and Pretty Peacock. These are the colours that feature in the Brightly Gleaming Speciality Designer Series Paper pack. The paper also has some copper foil accents on one side, as you can see on the left front panel.

The Mossy Meadow background piece has been embossed with the Dainty Diamonds 3D embossing folder. The front small Very Vanilla panel was embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. I like the way these embossing folders give some texture to the card.

The ornaments were stamped and then cut out with the coordinating punches from the Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack. These were adhered to the card with Dimensionals.

If you would like to learn how to make this card, I have a tutorial available with photos showing you the steps on how to make it. If you are interested, please email me. The cost for the tutorial is $7. I also have other online classes with videos available here.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this Reverse Opening Front Flap Card and that it may inspire you to make your own creations with the Christmas Gleaming stamps, punches and paper.
