Recently, I made a card featuring this bundle during one of my live sessions, and today, I’m excited to share it with you.
One of the standout features of the Changing Leaves bundle is the hybrid embossing folder. This unique embossing folder allows you to emboss and die-cut at the same time, making it incredibly efficient. With just one pass through your die-cutting machine, you’ll get a beautifully embossed and cut piece of cardstock. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to add texture and dimension to their projects with ease.
For this card, I started by embossing a Crumb Cake background to give the card some texture. Next, I ran a piece of Lost Lagoon cardstock through the embossing folder with the coordinating die. This allowed me to emboss and cut out the leaves simultaneously, resulting in a stunning focal point. I adhered the embossed leaves to the card front and trimmed the edges for a clean finish.
