I teach several different classes. Each month, I hold some Technique & Fun Fold Classes and some Coffee & Cards classes. Three times a year, I also offer Extravaganza, which is a larger event and involves other demonstrators. Perhaps you can’t come to a class. Keep reading as I will share some online options too.
Technique & Fun Fold Class:
For this class, I teach card making techniques like heat embossing, creating backgrounds with vellum and Blends, masking etc, and the class usually includes a fun fold card. Some examples of some fun folds cards are bridge fold card, double z fold card, stepper card etc. During the class, we use tools like the heat tool, Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, punches etc.
Two cards are taught at the class using a variety of Stampin’ Up! products. As well as this, I share tips and ideas to help you with your card making. This class is good for those who are keen to learn a little more than just basic stamping. I will be there to help you each step of the way, so people of all abilities are welcome.
As well as making two wonderful cards, I include a tutorial sheet, with the measurements and step-by-step instructions and photos, so you can recreate the cards at home if you wish. The cost of the class is $25. For this class, please bring your own basic kit (adhesive and scissors etc). This is a monthly class held at my home in Albany, Auckland.

Thursday 19th October: 10am – 12pm
Friday 20th October: 7pm – 9pm
November Technique & Fun Fold Class Dates:
Thursday 23rd November: 10am – 12pm

Please note – there is no Sunday class in November as there is the Extravaganza event instead.

Coffee & Cards at Vero Café:
On the first Tuesday and Thursday of the month, I offer a Coffee & Cards class at the Vero Café in Unsworth Heights on the North Shore. This is great for those starting out or those wanting to get together with others and learn some new ideas for some simple cards. The class is one hour long and we make two cards. You will get to use a variety of wonderful Stampin’ Up! stamp sets, punches, and other products. The cost is $20 and includes a regular hot drink.
I offer two sessions on a Tuesday, 9:30-10:30am and 10:40-11:40am. On the Thursday, there is just one session, 9:30-10:30am.

Auckland Extravaganza:
The Auckland Extravaganza event is held three times a year. It is a whole afternoon of crafting. It is like my technique and fun fold class but, instead of two cards, you make five! There are also displays, door prizes, afternoon tea and more! You receive written instructions with measurements of the five projects so you can also recreate them at home.
Our next event is coming up on Saturday 4th November and will be Christmas themed. It will be held at Northcote Baptist Church.
