Thursday’s Tip: Making A Shaker Card

By | 18 August 2016

Making a shaker card is a lot of fun and the recipient enjoys it too.  You can put sequins in them, confetti you make yourself or other small shaped things.  The Foam Adhesive Strips make sealing it all in so easy.  You can add one continuous strip on back of your window sheet, preventing anything from falling out.

Check out this Sweet Cupcake shaker card I made a little while ago.  You can find out more about it here.

Another little trick is, once you have adhered your Foam Adhesive Strip to the card, before you take the top layer off, brush your Embossing Buddy or some cornflour on the inside of the tape to get rid of any stickiness or static, and hopefully the bits inside your window won’t stick to it.

Have fun making your shaker cards.
