Tips When Using Stampin’ Dimensionals – Thursday’s Tip

By | 23 July 2020

Stampin’ Dimensionals add depth and dimension to your cards. They are double-sided adhesive foam dots which have an instant bond and are acid free.

Using Dimensionals

Did you know that there are three types of Stampin’ Dimensionals?

  1. The standard sized white Dimensionals
  2. Mini white Dimensionals
  3. Black Dimensionals which come with both the standard size and mini ones.

When using white Dimensionals, when you have adhered it to your project, it is sometimes hard to know if you have taken off the top layer so it is sticky and ready to use. If you colour the top of the Dimensionals sheet with a Highlighter, then you will know at a glance if you have take the top layer off.

Check out today’s video showing you how to do this and learn another tip too!

Highlighting your Dimensionals also makes them easier to find on a busy craft table! Check out this post from a few years ago and see how much easier it makes finding them.

great idea, Angela. Always learn something even after 14 years of using them. Recently did a project using a lot of dimensionals on small pieces of DSP and it would have been very useful to have them highlighted.
