Today, I am sharing with you a Fancy Fold Sailboat Pop Out Swing Card. This card features the Let’s Set Sail Bundle.
I have made a pop out swing card before, but many years ago. I was inspired by a creation by my team leader, Jacque Williams, which lead me to make this one.
The card base is Night of Navy cardstock and I have also used a little Smoky Slate. I chose these colours as I wanted to make the card more masculine.
Here is a list of the supplies I used to make this card.
Here is a bird’s eye view of the card so you can see a little more clearly how it works:
The card also folds flat which means it can easily fit into an envelope.
This Pop Out Swing Card is one of the cards I have been teaching at my April card classes. If you would like to learn how to make something like this, and you live locally, you are welcome to attend one of my classes. I had a class last Sunday and I still have two more classes where I will be teaching this card along with another one. The next available class is on Thursday 26th April at 10am. I am also holding a class on Sunday 1st May at 2:30pm. You can find out more about my classes here.
I am also working on some online classes, so no matter where you are in New Zealand you will be able to learn how to make cards like this in the comfort of you own home. I will be sharing information about my upcoming online classes in my newsletter soon. If you haven’t yet signed up to my mailing list, and you would like to, you can do so here. You will also receive a free fancy fold tutorial when you sign up as well as up-to-date information about promotions, crafting tips, exclusive tutorials and more!
I hope you enjoyed today’s Sailboat Pop Out Swing Card.
